I found myself out in the stunning surroundings I am now fortunate enough to have on my doorstep and something would catch my eye, that 'double take' moment. The number of times I found myself saying "I wish I had a decent camera".
The investment was made and I hope my images portray the emotions of those elusive moments.
I am still experimenting with the camera and where my interests lie. At the moment, I am drawn towards landscapes and trying to capture the different moods at any one particular location.
There may well be some random pictures as I try out new ideas!
My other passion is working my setters on the moors, this led me to a Kankku off road experience. I needed to learn how to drive my 4x4 confidently with minimal environmental impact. I got hooked and soon found that I could combine the exhilaration of off road driving with some stunning remote photographic locations. Form this Rugged Trails was born. I hope to be able to share this experience with you through a Rugged Trail adventure.
